The letter itself is a hoax, in the sense that it was written as a joke, but a lot of people took it seriously, because a lot of people really do talk like that.There are plenty of people would agree with everything in that letter...sadly.Snopes.com
Haaa... right. I'm glad it's a hoax, but, yeah, it certainly could be real.
